I started out in Event Management, then moved into operations and emergency travel management — basically, environments where "winging it" wasn't an option and chaos was just Tuesday. Planning, systems, staying calm while everyone else is losing their mind... that's where I learned my craft.
That mindset never left me and it's the backbone of how I work now.
As a mum to two children under four, I clocked pretty early on that the "grind your way to success" narrative could do one. The long hours, the constant firefighting, the "just push through it" energy — nah, not for me, and NOT for you either. I’m a huge advocate that you can build real financial freedom AND have your time back. You really can have both, with the right support and systems behind you.
Now, don't get me wrong — I adore my kids. But I don't let being a mum become my entire personality, and work is very much how I channel my energy (turns out systemising businesses is my love language). Outside of that, you'll find me plotting the next girls' trip over a glass of prosecco, or off travelling with the family — I firmly believe life's too short not to.
I started out as a Virtual Assistant, which grew into an agency — but pretty quickly I realised I was never just "ticking off tasks." I was the one spotting the gaps before they turned into fires. Building the workflows, creating the structure, holding the backend together so founders could step out of the stuff they hate and back into being the visionary they actually are.
I become genuinely close with most of my clients. We're talking spa days, not just Slack messages. Because business — and life — can be heavy enough without having actual friendship in your corner. I'm not just here for the strategy (though you'll get plenty of that) — I'm your sounding board, your shoulder to cry on, and the person in your corner pushing you to build the business of your dreams.
Because I want female founders to be able to log off and actually live their life, enjoying what they've worked so hard to build — while their business keeps running behind the scenes, exactly like it's supposed to.
